Minors under the age of 16 are not allowed in SHARED DORMS, only in private rooms. Children under the age of 3 can stay for free with you in the booked room - baby cot available upon request.

Don't worry! We have non-stop reception. You can check-in anytime after 15:00. If you're arriving after 22:00, just ring the bell on the right side of the main entrance and our night receptionist will take care of you!
Check in is from 15:00, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready earlier than that, but if it is, we will check you in of course. If you arrive earlier and your room isn't ready we have free luggage storage and a comfortable lounge where you can wait for a bit.

Breakfast is a typical continental style buffet. Pre-ordering is not needed, get it every morning from 7:00 until 10:00 in our restaurant. The price is 9 EUR or 225 CZK per person, cash or card. Bon appetit! :)
Good news, bed linen is of course included with all reservations. Towels are included in hotel type reservations not hostel reservations. If you booked a bed in a shared dorm you can borrow a towel at reception or bring your own!
Easy. Buy a 30 minute ticket (valid for the whole journey) at the yellow automat and take the red line metro(C) and head in the direction of “Letnany” to “Nádraží Holešovice”. At “Nádraží Holešovice,” turn left when you step off the train carriage and go up the escalator. Exit from there, cross the tram rails to the other side of the road and take any tram one stop to “Ortenovo Námestí”. The hostel is just a 2 minute walk from here. Head toward the Hotel Plaza Alta on the opposite corner. You can see the hostel from here on your left side.

Easy. Buy a 90 minute ticket (valid for the whole journey) at the yellow automat and take bus number 59, which runs every 7-20 minutes. Validate your ticket on the bus. At the final stop (Nadrazi Veleslavin metro station), take the Metro green line (A) to Muzeum. Change to the red line (C) and head in the direction of “Letnany” to “Nádraží Holešovice”. At “Nádraží Holešovice,” turn left when you step off the train carriage and go up the escalator.
